What are my shipping options?

We offer 2 convenient ways to ship your online or phone order. To find out when you’ll receive your order based on the shipping method you select, see “When will I receive my order?” below. We ship to P.O. Boxes using Standard Delivery ONLY. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via U.S.P.S. and shipping tracking will not be available. Shipping to P.O. Boxes could delay the arrival of the order.


When will my order ship?

Most orders ship in 1-2 business days after the order is placed for Standard and Express Delivery Methods. Economy orders ship within 4 days. If your order will be delayed, we will notify you immediately. 

Orders involving personalization that includes logos, signatures or graphics that need to be digitized require additional time.


When will I receive my order?

Orders leave our warehouse 2 business days after the order is placed and will take between 1 and 5 additional business days to arrive, based on the shipping method you select.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays. If your order will be delayed, we will notify you immediately. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes or orders with custom personalization (like logos) may require additional time.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are flat rate of $9.99 on any order.


How much does personalization cost?

The personalization fee are configured in the product price, there’s no hidden fees.
